Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBA Autism Therapy | ABA Clinical Supervisor - FriendshipABA is part of the Friendship Circle community, which has supported families and children with special needs for over 2 decades through social programming, peer engagement, and community connection. Our ABA program integrates evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy with social skills development and community inclusion, helping children build communication, independence, and meaningful relationships. We believe ABA should build life skills, strengthen relationships, and empower children and families. BCBA Salary & Bonus: BCBA Salary: $88,000 – $100,000 Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually BCBA Workload: 25 billable hours per week Caseload of 7–10 clients Supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Administrative team handles insurance authorizations, scheduling, and billing We prioritize clinician wellbeing and sustainable workloads to prevent burnout, allowing BCBAs to focus on high-quality clinical care. This program is intended to serve as a replicable model for Friendship Circle communities beginning in 2027. This role offers the opportunity to help build and shape a growing ABA program, with future opportunities for leadership and program development. BCBA Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R) Develop individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent training and family support Monitor treatment outcomes through data analysis Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals Support development of the FriendshipABA clinical program BCBA Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder Strong clinical leadership and supervision skills Passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
